For our standard domestic cleaning service, our hourly rate is $50 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours (total $150). For larger houses (4+ Bedrooms), the minimum booking is 4 hours (total $200). - Rates of $45 per hour apply for pensioners, with a minimum booking of 3 hours for 3 bedroom homes, and a minimum booking of 4 hours for 4+ bedroom homes.
- Book 4 hours of standard domestic cleaning as a weekly recurring service, get 1hrs worth of home help and deep cleaning services, and 3hrs of standard domestic cleaning in your 4hr package at the standard cleaning rate!
- Our regular domestic cleaning includes vacuuming floors, mopping floors, wiping kitchen surfaces, scrubbing baths, showers, and toilets, with optional extras such as cleaning cobwebs, doors.

We attend your household and perform your choice of the following services:
- Cleaning the Bedrooms: Tidying up and dusting bedrooms, making beds, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Cleaning the Bathrooms: Ensuring bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including scrubbing showers, sinks, and toilets.
- Bedroom cupboard mirrors and Bathroom mirrors: Bedroom cupboard mirrors and bathroom mirrors are included in our standard cleaning service!
- Cleaning the Kitchen: This involves tidying up and sanitizing the kitchen area, including wiping down surfaces and appliances.
- Cleaning the Living Spaces: Vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting living areas to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
- Cleaning the Toilets: Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets to ensure they are hygienic and fresh.
- Cleaning the Sinks: Wiping down and sanitizing sinks in bathrooms and kitchens to remove grime and bacteria.
- Cleaning the Stovetop: Thoroughly cleaning and degreasing the stovetop to keep it in top condition for cooking.
- Cobweb and dust removal: Thoroughly eliminating cobwebs and dust to maintain cleanliness and freshness.
- Vacuuming & Mopping: Completing the cleaning process by vacuuming and mopping floors to remove dust and dirt.
- Additional Extras may be added to your cleaning package, such as deep cleaning services.
- If you do not direct our cleaner on which services to perform, our cleaner will perform the above services in the order and priority they deem of highest importance in the time frame allocated to them to complete the service.
- Depending on the size of the house and extra rooms requiring cleaning, not all of the above tasks may be completed within the allocated time.

Deep Cleaning Services

Deep cleaning service is available at a rate of $80 per hour, with a minimum booking of 4 hours. - Optionally, you can book 3 hours of standard Domestic Cleaning rate charged at $50/ph and 1 hour of Deep Cleaning rate charged at $80/ph, or any combination of hours charged at the standard Domestic Cleaning rate and hours charged at the Deep Cleaning rate amounting to 4 hours.
- In addition to the services provided in regular cleaning, we also clean ovens, fridges, wall stains, ceiling stains, and some carpet stains (depending on size and cause), shelving, and windows, when doing deep cleaning.

- Additional surcharge of $65 per room may be applied for bond cleaning jobs affected with very heavy or excessive soiling (large amounts of oil, grease, mould, flood mud, cockoroach filth) at the discretion of the company, but we avoid tacking on this charge.
- Gardening services can be incorporated into your bond cleaning, provided you supply your own gardening equipment. These services require a minimum booking of 3 hours to cover the call-out fee for our gardeners, priced at $50 per hour. Services include mowing, leaf blowing, hedging/pruning, edging, de-weeding.
- Deep cleaning services may be added to your bond clean (we require a minimum reservation of 3 hours for an additional deep cleaner.) Deep cleaning services which may be added to your package include:
- Window cleaning (additional to 2 windows per room) (covered under deep cleaning)
- Full wall-washing (covered under deep cleaning)
- Blind cleaning (covered under deep cleaning)
- Balconies, porches, decks & patios: Sweep and mop the floors, Dust & clean cobwebs; window cleaning of x2 windows. (All items other than items that belong to the landlord must be removed)
- Garages & Sheds: Vacuum and mop floors, dust and clean power points and surfaces, light coverings and fittings. (All items other than items belonging to the landlord must be removed)
- Pool deck areas: Sweep and removal of leaves, mopping, wipe down outdoor furniture, removing leaves from pool (own pool net must be provided).

Certainly! We’d appreciate it if you could let us know beforehand about the kinds of pets you have at home, so we can inform our cleaning team accordingly. Additionally, we kindly ask that all pets be relocated from the designated cleaning area during The Works performed by our cleaning crew. This precaution ensures a smooth cleaning process, particularly during tasks like vacuuming and mopping, which may unsettle pets such as dogs and cats. It’s advisable to move them to a spare room or outdoors during these activities for their safety and comfort.
No, not necessarily! Just leave a key for entry along with entry instructions and your address in the Request a Service form. These details will be securely passed on to our cleaners on the scheduled day, ensuring they know how to locate the premises and enter, even if you’re not around. Our cleaning team will handle everything else. If you’re available, our cleaners will return the key before leaving; otherwise, they’ll leave it where they found it.

For hourly-rate cleaning, our team will work within the time frame you specify. For fixed-rate bond cleaning, the duration depends on your home’s size and the services required. It may take as long as necessary to complete the job, typically ranging from 6 to 12 hours or longer, depending on the size of the premises and the work involved. Our team will discuss this with you before your service.
You can book a service at any time, but our offices are open only between 8 am and 8 pm. If you require a late-night or early-morning service, this may be arranged. Simply contact us to discuss the matter further and receive a free quotation! A loading fee of 1.5x the usual hourly rate applies for jobs booked outside ordinary business hours from Monday to Friday and on all hours on Saturday, and a loading fee of 2x the usual hourly rate applies for jobs booked on any hours on Sundays.
Absolutely! We only ask that you notify us in advance about your pets so that we can inform the cleaner. In addition, we expect all pets to be moved from the working area during The Works by our cleaning staff, as dogs and cats are known to react poorly to vacuums and may disrupt mopping. They should be moved to a spare room or outside during these tasks.
We provide NDIS services for both residential and end-of-lease cleaning. You can seamlessly book an end-of-lease cleaning service with us just like a regular house cleaning service, but it is subject to approval by your NDIS Case Manager or Provider Service. We use only eco-friendly products that are safe to use around both young children and pets. While some essential oils used in green cleaning can be harmful to pets if not diluted properly and if ingested, we always ensure proper dilution to eliminate any risks. If you still have concerns, you can request our cleaners to use extra Pet-Safe essential oils in their green cleaning process by specifying your preferences in the booking request form.
You can select your ideal cleaning frequency which you prefer on our booking platform, or select a once-off service! Further, we do not tie you into long-term contracts, giving you complete control over when you want your cleaning service to end
