These details will be securely forwarded to our cleaners on the scheduled day, ensuring they know how to locate the premises and enter, even if you’re not around. Our cleaning team will handle everything else. If you’re available, our cleaners will return the key before leaving; otherwise, they’ll leave it where they found it.

Our team at Raquel’s Home Services brings their own (eco-friendly) supplies and equipment for your convenience. If you have any preferred products, feel free to inform us, and we’ll accommodate your preferences.

We exclusively use eco-friendly products that are safe for use around both young children and pets. While some essential oils used in green cleaning can be hazardous to pets if not properly diluted and if ingested, we always ensure proper dilution to eliminate any risks. If you have any concerns, you can opt for our cleaners to use extra Pet-Safe essential oils in their green cleaning process by specifying your preferences in the booking request form.

You can select your preferred cleaning frequency on our booking platform! Additionally, we don’t lock you into long-term contracts, giving you total flexibility with your desired cleaning schedule.

It’s a quick and straightforward process. Simply fill out our booking form, then someone will contact you in short notice to arrange for payment over the phone to confirm your booking. You can also send proof of a direct deposit to our email at raquel@lismorecleaner.com.au.

We accept cash, Direct Bank Transfer, and PayID as payment methods.

For hourly-rate cleaning, our team will work within the time frame you specify. For fixed-rate bond cleaning, the duration depends on your home’s size and the requested services. It can take as long as necessary to complete the job, typically ranging from 6 to 12 hours or longer, depending on the premises’ size and the scope of work. Our team will discuss this with you prior to the service.

You can book a service at any time of day, though our offices are open only from 8 am to 8 pm. If you need a late-night or early-morning service, we may be able to accommodate it. Simply get in touch with us to discuss your needs and receive a free quote! Please note that a surcharge of 1.5x the usual hourly rate applies for jobs booked outside our regular business hours from Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays, while a surcharge of 2x the usual hourly rate applies for jobs booked on Sundays.

Absolutely! We simply ask that you inform us in advance about your pets so we can inform the cleaner. Moreover, we expect pets to be relocated from the work area during The Works by our cleaning staff, as vacuums and mopping can unsettle dogs and cats. Therefore, it’s best to move them to a spare room or outside during these tasks.

Absolutely! Our experienced cleaners bring all the necessary cleaning equipment to get the job done. You don’t need to worry about supplying any materials – we’ve got it covered.

We provide NDIS services for both residential and end-of-lease cleaning. Booking an end-of-lease cleaning service with us is as simple as booking a regular house cleaning service, though it requires approval from your NDIS Case Manager or Provider Service. Feel free to contact us via phone or email to discuss your specific needs.

Ideally our cleaners would like your property to be empty, but we can work around it if it’s not. Our cleaners won’t lift or move any furniture or boxes though. If you would like to work with our cleaners and help move articles around so they can clean, this can be done and satisfies OH&S protocols. Our Bond cleaning guarantee only covers empty households, but we’re happy to work with people in difficult situations. We know how difficult some situations can be.
