Frequently Asked Questions about our Cleaning Services

You can book a service anytime around the clock, but our offices are only open between 8am and 8pm. If you require a late night or early morning service, this may be possible to be arranged. Simply contact us to discuss the matter further and receive a free quotation!  A loading fee of 1.5x the usual hourly rate for the service charged applies for jobs booked outside of ordinary business hours of 8am-8pm from Monday-Friday, and on all hours on Saturday, and a loading fee of 2x the usual hourly rate for the service charged applies for jobs booked on any hours on Sundays.

No, you don’t! Simply leave a key for entry and instructions for entry and instructions to locate the key, as well as your address within the Request a Service form and these details will be confidentially forwarded to our cleaners on the day of the job, so that they have the instructions on how to locate the premises as well as how to enter, even if you are not there, and our cleaning team will handle the rest. Our cleaners will either return the key to you before they leave if you are available, or otherwise leave it in the spot they found it when they leave!

For hourly-rate cleaning, our team will work within the time frame you specify. For fixed rate bond cleaning, it depends on your home’s size and the services sought, it can take however long it requires to get the job done. Generally it takes 6-12 hours, sometimes longer, depending on the size of the premises and the work that needs to be done. Our team will discuss this with you before your service.

Our chemicals are eco-friendly and do not have an overpowering scent. Please let us know if you have any specific requirements regarding cleaning supplies and we will do our best to accommodate.

We use only eco-friendly products that are safe to use around both young children and pets. Some essential oils we use in green cleaning can be dangerous to pets if they are not diluted and if the pets ingest the oil, however we always ensure to properly dilute the essential oils we use in our cleaning proceses to ensure there is no risk to your pets or kids! If you still have concerns, you can select for our cleaners to use extra Pet-Safe essential oils in their green cleaning process by making a booking request here and by specifying your preferences for cleaning chemicals used under the “Preferences for cleaning products used?” section of the form.

It’s quick and easy. Just complete our booking form here and someone will be in touch with you shortly to confirm your booking and to arrange for payment to be made securely over the phone, or alternatively you can pay the entire amount via Direct Bank Transfer or PayID. A deposit of $150.00 is required for bond-cleaning jobs.

We accept cash, Direct Bank Transfer, and PayID.

We offer two pricing options: flat rate(bond cleaning only) and hourly rate. Choose the option that best suits your cleaning needs and use our simple online form for an instant quote!

We offer hourly-rate cleaning for specific areas and quick touch-ups, and flat-rate(bond cleaning) cleaning for end-of-lease cleaning tasks, as well as some additional services which you can see by clicking here. Each appointment is unique and tailored to your cleaning requirements and preferences. You can book specific services only or opt for a deep clean following our detailed checklist.

We supply NDIS services for both residential and end-of-lease cleaning. You can seamlessly book an end-of-lease cleaning service with us just like a regular house cleaning service; however, it is subject to being approved by your NDIS Case Manager or Provider Service. You can choose your preferred cleaning frequency on our booking platform! Additionally, we don’t tie you into long-term contracts, giving you complete control over your cleaning timetable.

Absolutely! We only ask that you notify us in advance about what kind of pets you have in your home, so we can inform the cleaner accordingly. In addition, we expect that any pets are to be vacated from the working area during the undertaking of The Works by our cleaning staff, as dogs and cats are known not to handle vacuums well and can disrupt mopping jobs, so they should be moved to a spare room or outside during the mopping and vacuuming process.

We prefer properties to be empty for our cleaners, but we can adjust if that’s not possible. However, our cleaners won’t handle moving furniture or boxes. If you’re willing to help rearrange items for cleaning, it meets OH&S protocols. Our Bond cleaning guarantee applies strictly to empty homes, but we’re willing to accommodate challenging situations. We understand how tough things can get.
