Self Managed Participants

For Self Managed Participants, our support mirrors that provided to Plan Managed and NDIA Managed Participants. While we can create a Service Agreement tailored to your needs, it’s entirely optional; our services are accessible to you regardless of whether you choose to have one. An important difference for Self Managed Participants is our requirement for payment upfront via credit or debit card upon booking. Following your service, we promptly send you an invoice, allowing you to claim reimbursement through the myplace NDIS Portal. The NDIS then transfers the funds back to your nominated account.

 

 

Plan Managed Participants

To ensure that all necessary arrangements are in place for you to receive support from us and for them to effectively manage your NDIS funding, NDIS Plan managers typically request a duplicate of this agreement. For Plan Management participants, simply provide us with the invoicing email address of your chosen Plan Manager, and we’ll take care of the rest. Participants under Plan Management need to establish a Service Agreement with us to access our offerings. You can also request a duplicate of the bill for your own records once it is paid for by your plan manager. Ultimately, it’s about granting you the freedom to choose and control how your funding is utilized.

Agency Managed Participants

Our Service Agreements are designed to be straightforward and customizable to meet your specific needs. To access our services, Participants under Agency Management need an active and up-to-date Raquel’s Home Services Service Agreement. If your Plan is managed by the NDIA, we can assist you as a Registered NDIS Provider. Our goal is to streamline the entire process, ensuring your services are operational as swiftly and efficiently as possible. We’re here to guide you through the entire process, from completing the initial Submission Form to initiating your services, to setting up a precise Service Booking in the myplace Provider Portal to allocate the necessary funds for your services.

We supply NDIS services for both residential and end-of-lease cleaning, as well as for general help around the home. You can seamlessly book an end-of-lease cleaning service with us just like a regular house cleaning service; however, it is subject to being approved by your NDIS Case Manager or Provider Service. Yes, of course! We only ask that you please give us a heads up about any animals in your home, so we can advise the cleaner beforehand.

Our chemicals are eco-friendly and do not have an overpowering scent. Please let us know if you have any specific requirements regarding cleaning supplies and we will do our best to accommodate.

You can choose your preferred cleaning frequency on our booking platform! Additionally, we don’t tie you into long-term contracts, giving you complete control over your cleaning timetable.

We supply NDIS services for both residential and end-of-lease cleaning. You can seamlessly book an end-of-lease cleaning service with us just like a regular house cleaning service; however, it is subject to being approved by your NDIS Case Manager or Provider Service.  It’s quick and easy. Just complete our booking form and someone will be in touch with you shortly to confirm your booking and to arrange for payment to be made securely over the phone, or alternatively you can pay the entire amount via Direct Bank Transfer or PayID. A deposit of $150.00 is required for bond-cleaning jobs.
