  • Cleaning the Kitchen: This involves tidying up and sanitizing the kitchen area, including wiping down surfaces and appliances.
  • Cleaning the Living Spaces: Vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting living areas to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
  • Cleaning the Toilets: Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets to ensure they are hygienic and fresh.
  • Cobweb and dust removal: Thoroughly eliminating cobwebs and dust to maintain cleanliness and freshness.
  • Cleaning the Sinks: Wiping down and sanitizing sinks in bathrooms and kitchens to remove grime and bacteria.
  • Cleaning the Stovetop: Thoroughly cleaning and degreasing the stovetop to keep it in top condition for cooking.
  • Vacuuming & Mopping: Completing the cleaning process by vacuuming and mopping floors to remove dust and dirt.

No, not necessarily! Simply leave a key for entry along with entry instructions and your address in the Request a Service form. These details will be securely forwarded to our cleaners on the scheduled day, ensuring they know how to locate the premises and enter, even if you’re not present. Our cleaning team will take care of everything else. If you’re available, our cleaners will return the key before leaving; otherwise, they’ll leave it where they found it.

We provide two pricing options: flat rate (for bond cleaning only) and hourly rate. Choose the option that best fits your cleaning needs and use our straightforward online form for an instant quote!

 

Our team at Raquel’s Home Services brings their own (eco-friendly) supplies and equipment for your convenience. If you have any preferred products, feel free to inform us, and we’ll accommodate your preferences.

We exclusively use eco-friendly products that are safe for use around both young children and pets. While some essential oils used in green cleaning can be hazardous to pets if not properly diluted and if ingested, we always ensure proper dilution to eliminate any risks. If you have any concerns, you can opt for our cleaners to use extra Pet-Safe essential oils in their green cleaning process by specifying your preferences in the booking request form.

You can select your preferred cleaning frequency on our booking platform! Moreover, we don’t lock you into long-term contracts, giving you complete flexibility with your cleaning schedule.

It’s a quick and straightforward process. Simply fill out our booking form and make payment over the phone to confirm your booking.

We accept cash, and PayID, and Direct Bank Transfer, as payment options.

For hourly-rate cleaning, our team will work within the time frame you specify. For fixed-rate bond cleaning, the duration depends on your home’s size and the requested services. It can take as long as necessary to complete the job, typically ranging from 6 to 12 hours or longer, depending on the premises’ size and the scope of work. Our team will discuss this with you prior to the service.

You can book a service at any time of day, though our offices are open only from 8 am to 8 pm. If you need a late-night or early-morning service, we may be able to accommodate it. Simply get in touch with us to discuss your needs and receive a free quote! Please note that a surcharge of 1.5x the usual hourly rate applies for jobs booked outside our regular business hours from Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays, while a surcharge of 2x the usual hourly rate applies for jobs booked on Sundays.

Absolutely! We simply ask that you inform us in advance about your pets so we can inform the cleaner. Moreover, we expect pets to be relocated from the work area during The Works by our cleaning staff, as vacuums and mopping can unsettle dogs and cats. Therefore, it’s best to move them to a spare room or outside during these tasks.

We provide NDIS services for both residential and end-of-lease cleaning. Booking an end-of-lease cleaning service with us is as simple as booking a regular house cleaning service, though it requires approval from your NDIS Case Manager or Provider Service.
