  • Cleaning the Bathrooms: Ensuring bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including scrubbing showers, sinks, and toilets.
  • Bedroom cupboard mirrors and Bathroom mirrors: Bedroom cupboard mirrors and bathroom mirrors are included in our standard cleaning service!
  • Cleaning the Kitchen: This involves tidying up and sanitizing the kitchen area, including wiping down surfaces and appliances.
  • Cleaning the Living Spaces: Vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting living areas to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
  • Cleaning the Toilets: Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets to ensure they are hygienic and fresh.
  • Cobweb and dust removal: Thoroughly eliminating cobwebs and dust to maintain cleanliness and freshness.
  • Cleaning the Sinks: Wiping down and sanitizing sinks in bathrooms and kitchens to remove grime and bacteria.

  • If you do not direct our cleaner on which services to perform, our cleaner will perform the above services in the order and priority they deem of highest importance in the time frame allocated to them to complete the service.
  • Depending on the size of the house and extra rooms requiring cleaning, not all of the above tasks may be completed within the allocated time.

Deep Cleaning Services

Rejuvenate your living spaces with our Deep Cleaning services, for a deeper clean and attention to fine details and for more laborous tasks such as ovens, walls, windows, inside of fridges, pantries and cupboards, skirtings cornices and fans, or cleaning, sorting, and rearranging rooms.

Tackle those tasks nobody ever gets time to do but should and must be done eventually!

  • For a rate of $80 per hour, with a minimum booking of 4 hours. Can be bundled with Domestic Cleaning rates (e.g. 1 hour of Deep Cleaning, and 3 hours of Domestic Cleaning;
    or 2 hours of Deep Cleaning and 2 hours of Domestic Cleaning;
    or 3 hours of Deep Cleaning and 1 hour of Domestic Cleaning.)
  • In addition to the services we offer in our regular cleaning, we also cleaning fridges, ceiling stains, wall stains, ovens, and some carpet stains. We also tackle windows and shelves during deep cleaning sessions.
  • What's covered?
    We're prepared to manage various scenarios, such as:
    - Highly dirty living conditions (extensive soil buildup)
    - Mild to moderate decluttering and hoarding
    - Taking household waste to the bin outside.

          • Window cleaning up to 2 windows per room. (Additional windows extra than 2 per room may incur a surcharge.)
          • Additional surcharge of $65 per room may be applied for bond cleaning jobs affected with very heavy or excessive soiling (large amounts of oil, grease, mould, flood mud, cockroach filth) at the discretion of the company, but we avoid tacking on this charge.
          • Gardening services may be added to your bond cleaning, (own gardening equipment must be provided) booked with a minimum of 3 hours to cover a call-out fee for our gardeners. at $50 an hour, including mowing, trimming/pruning, edging, de-weeding)
          • Deep cleaning services which may be added to your bond clean (min. 3 hr booking for extra deep cleaner):

            We can offer a complete range of garden care, including lawn mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, trimming, planting, blowing, weeding, and tending to flower, vegetable, and fruit gardens.

            • Rate is $50 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours.

            • Only offered in Home Help packages for tasks less than 3 hours long. Smaller gardening tasks less than 3 hours long can be requested in Home Help Package servicing.

            We exclusively use eco-friendly products that are safe for use around both young children and pets. While some essential oils used in green cleaning can be hazardous to pets if not properly diluted and if ingested, we always ensure proper dilution to eliminate any risks. If you have any concerns, you can opt for our cleaners to use extra Pet-Safe essential oils in their green cleaning process by specifying your preferences in the booking request form.

            You can select your preferred cleaning frequency on our booking platform! Additionally, we don’t lock you into long-term contracts, giving you total flexibility with your desired cleaning schedule.

            It’s a quick and straightforward process. Simply fill out our booking form, then someone will contact you in short notice to arrange for payment over the phone to confirm your booking. You can also send proof of a direct deposit to our email at raquel@lismorecleaner.com.au.

            We accept cash, Direct Bank Transfer, and PayID as payment methods.

            For hourly-rate cleaning, our team will work within the time frame you specify. For fixed-rate bond cleaning, the duration depends on your home’s size and the requested services. It can take as long as necessary to complete the job, typically ranging from 6 to 12 hours or longer, depending on the premises’ size and the scope of work. Our team will discuss this with you prior to the service.

            You can book a service at any time of day, though our offices are open only from 8 am to 8 pm. If you need a late-night or early-morning service, we may be able to accommodate it. Simply get in touch with us to discuss your needs and receive a free quote! Please note that a surcharge of 1.5x the usual hourly rate applies for jobs booked outside our regular business hours from Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays, while a surcharge of 2x the usual hourly rate applies for jobs booked on Sundays.

            Absolutely! We simply ask that you inform us in advance about your pets so we can inform the cleaner. Moreover, we expect pets to be relocated from the work area during The Works by our cleaning staff, as vacuums and mopping can unsettle dogs and cats. Therefore, it’s best to move them to a spare room or outside during these tasks.

            Absolutely! Our experienced cleaners bring all the necessary cleaning equipment to get the job done. You don’t need to worry about supplying any materials – we’ve got it covered.

            We provide NDIS services for both residential and end-of-lease cleaning. Booking an end-of-lease cleaning service with us is as simple as booking a regular house cleaning service, though it requires approval from your NDIS Case Manager or Provider Service. Feel free to contact us via phone or email to discuss your specific needs.

            Ideally our cleaners would like your property to be empty, but we can work around it if it’s not. Our cleaners won’t lift or move any furniture or boxes though. If you would like to work with our cleaners and help move articles around so they can clean, this can be done and satisfies OH&S protocols. Our Bond cleaning guarantee only covers empty households, but we’re happy to work with people in difficult situations. We know how difficult some situations can be.
